New Music from Ariana Grande, Bob Mould, and Michael Bolton

  • “Thank U, Next”, Ariana Grande.  In addition to the title track, it includes “7 Rings”.
  • 2009, Currensy and Wiz Khalifa.  A full-length collaborative project that was announced nearly four years ago.
  • Peach Club, the alt rock band Emarosa, not to be confused with President Trump’s frenemy Omarosa.  (???)  Their fifth album includes Givin’ Up.
  • Sunshine Rock, Bob Mould, from the alt rock bands Sugar and Husker Du.
  • Meco, country singer Amy McCarley.  Her third album includes High Wire.
  • The Delta Sweete Revisited, a Bobby Gentry covers album with songs performed by Norah Jones, Margo Price, and “Game of Thrones” actress Carice Van Houten.
  • A Sympathy of Hits, sleepy Tweeter Michael Bolton.  It includes his soulful covers of Percy Sledge’s “When a Man Loves a Woman”, Ray Charles’ “Georgia On My Mind”, and Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ On) The Dock Of The Bay”.
