Apparently Corey Hart was more of a scientific genius than we realized.
According to a sleep expert at the University of British Columbia, if you have trouble sleeping, you can help yourself by wearing SUNGLASSES AT NIGHT.
If you put on sunglasses two hours before you want to go to bed, it’ll mute the barrage of light hitting you from all your screens, and help your body get ready for sleep.
I figured you should hear this story once, since this guy is going to hear about it every single day for the rest of his life.
A guy named Walter from Argentina went on a trip to Brazil with his wife Claudia and their 14-year-old son last week. And as they were driving home, they stopped at a gas station to fill up. And Claudia got out to buy some cookies.
But Walter didn’t realize it . . . he thought she was still sleeping in the backseat. So he and his son drove off and left her behind. And when she tried to call him, it didn’t work . . . since he was going through a rural area and he didn’t have a signal.
So she finally called the police, and they took her to the police station. And Walter drove SIXTY MILES before he finally realized she was missing. Then he turned around to go back and get her, but she’d been stranded for over two hours by then.
And the cops say she was FURIOUS. Quote, “There was no physical assault . . . but she was very angry. She was moaning at him for taking so long to realize.” She also kicked the car when he showed up.
A ten-year-old girl named Kaley Szarmack was at the beach with her family near Jacksonville, Florida last Wednesday. And she was standing in about four feet of water when she got attacked by a SHARK.
Luckily it was only about three feet long. But it still managed to open up a five-inch gash on her leg, so there was a lot of blood . . . pretty terrifying, especially for a ten-year-old. But check out how she handled it . . .
After she got out of the water, she realized that a six-year-old girl she was playing with was still in danger. So she went back IN . . . grabbed the little girl . . . and made sure she didn’t get bitten.
It took 90 stitches to close the cut on Kaley’s leg, but her doctors say she should make a full recovery.

Is it FALSE ADVERTISING when a woman wears makeup? I say no . . . because that would mean it’s ALSO false advertising when I stuff a can of green beans in my pants to create a sweet bulge.
A guy in Algiers, Algeria recently got married. And the very next day, he saw his new wife without makeup for the first time.
He said she looked so different that he didn’t recognize her . . . and mistook her for, quote, “a thief who came to [rob] his apartment.”
When he realized it WAS her, he was so MAD that he decided to SUE her.
He wants $20,000 in damages. Because he says she tricked him into marrying her by wearing makeup, and the whole thing has led to, quote, “psychological suffering.”

IHOP has had the same logo for the past 20 years: A blue box with “IHOP” written in it, with a red curved banner underneath that says “RESTAURANT.”
And after two decades, they just realized that it kind of looks like a FROWN.
It’s a little bit of a stretch, but the “O” and the “P” from “IHOP” look like eyes and a nose, and the red banner underneath looks like a mouth that’s frowning.
So they’ve changed their logo . . . by flipping the red curve 180 degrees so now it looks like a smile.
A marketing executive from IHOP gave a very “marketing executive” statement about the whole thing.
Quote, “A person’s frown is just not in concert with guests’ expectations . . . in many cases, just thinking about our world famous pancakes makes [people] smile.”
