A Guy Lost 140 Pounds by Eating Chick-Fil-A

Whenever you hear about someone losing a ton of weight by eating fast food, people always compare them to Jared from Subway. It’s safe to say we will NEVER make those comparisons again. Do NOT be like Jared from Subway.

There’s a 25-year-old guy in Denver, Colorado named Alton Ward who lost 140 pounds in one year, just by eating Chick-fil-A.

He says when he was at Texas A&M University four years ago, he was 355 pounds. He says he tried Jenny Craig, Atkins, no carbs, juice diets, and every other thing . . . but none of it worked.

But there was a Chick-fil-A on campus, and he liked their food. So he started working out, and he’d eat Chick-fil-A once or twice a day.

He’d go for their healthier stuff, like grilled chicken wraps and sandwiches, soup, and salads . . . and over the course of the year, he dropped 140 POUNDS.

Now it’s four years later, and Alton says he’s kept the weight off. He still eats at Chick-fil-A because, quote, “I was on my way to a heart attack or just having a stroke or diabetes . . . it’s literally helped me change my life.”

Memorial Day Grilling Tip: To See if Your Steak Is Done, Compare It to Your Face

If you’re grilling for Memorial Day, here’s a trick to tell whether your steak is rare, medium, or medium-well . . . by comparing it to different parts of your FACE.

1. If you like it rare. Then pushing on it with your finger should feel like pushing on the soft part of your cheek.

2. If you like it medium. It should feel like the top of your chin.

3. If you like it medium-well. It should feel harder, like your forehead.

It doesn’t say what to compare it to if you like your steak REALLY well-done. I’m not sure what part of your face is harder than your forehead . . . maybe your TEETH?
