Bank Robber Told Teller to Deposit
A 61-year-old guy in England named Paul Neaverson tried to rob a bank with a KNIFE, and demanded $800 in cash.
The teller said she didn’t have that much in her drawer. Which wouldn’t stop MOST bank robbers, but Paul said okay, and just left.
At that point he probably should have figured the cops were looking for him, and try to get as far away as possible. But instead, he walked around the corner . . . and tried to rob ANOTHER bank.
And this time he was prepared in case they didn’t have enough money, because he told the teller he’d either take cash . . . or they could just transfer the 800 bucks into his BANK ACCOUNT.
It’s not clear if he had time to give them his account number or not, because a customer grabbed the knife from him, and he ran out empty handed again.
Police eventually arrested him nearby. It all went down in March, but a judge just sentenced him to two years in prison for it.

A new survey asked people to list things you need to accomplish before you’re officially a “grown up.” Here are the top ten answers according to how popular they were, NOT the order you do them . . .
- Open a bank account.
- Learn how to change a light bulb. Which is weird, but hard to argue against. Because how many grown ups are still baffled by that process?
- Learn to write a decent resume.
- Get a job.
- Get your driver’s license.
- Apply for a mortgage.
- Do your own taxes.
- Budget for something big, like a wedding. Somehow “getting married” didn’t make the top 20 though.
- Ask someone on a date.
- Put together at least three pieces of Ikea-style furniture.
The rest of the top 20 included learning how to eat healthy . . . learning to negotiate . . . and being responsible for another living thing, meaning a child or a pet.
36-year-old Jennifer Cramblett of Uniontown, Ohio went to a sperm bank in Downers Grove, Illinois back in 2011. And she’s white, so she picked a white guy as the donor.
But when she gave birth in August of 2012, she had a baby girl that was MIXED RACE. Turns out the sperm bank had mislabeled the donor and he was actually a black guy.
So now Jennifer is SUING them. The suit says she and her lesbian partner Amanda love their daughter, but raising her has been stressful . . . because they live in an all-white town.
The suit says Jennifer grew up stereotyping non-white people, didn’t meet any black people until college, and says she has, quote, “limited cultural competency relative to African Americans.”
Jennifer also says her family has already had ENOUGH trouble embracing her homosexuality, so she doubts they’ll embrace her daughter.
She’s suing for wrongful birth and breach of warranty.
