Adam Levine has more than bad hair and NBC’s “The Voice” going on in his life – Maroon 5 is readying new music. The group announced yesterday that their fifth studio album – titled “V” – is set to drop on September 2nd.
The album will mark Maroon 5’s new move to Interscope Records. It also marks the return of keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, who took a break during 2012’s “Overexposed.”
Frontman Levine, who is keeping busy this week with the finale of “The Voice,” is also expected to hit the stage himself soon. The group says they signed another deal with concert promoters LiveNation to map out a world tour. Fans can also look forward to new tour dates and a new single in the coming months.
